I'm Maanya Bajaj. I've been a part of Fravashi International Academy since second grade, graduating with the A Level batch of 2022. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, I've come to appreciate the value of heeding advice given during my time at FIA. I'm Shreya Gawande, a proud member of FIA's founding batch and its first graduating class. Fravashi International Academy holds a special significance in my life, especially as an international-level shooter. The on-campus shooting range provided a crucial platform for practice, propelling my professional journey forward. The practical curriculum gave me a competitive edge in my undergraduate studies. Despite frequent absences for shooting competitions, my teachers offered unwavering support, ensuring my academic progress. I'm Anushka Bhosle. Currently, I'm pursuing law at Government Law College, Mumbai, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. Describing Fravashi's impact on our lives is daunting yet compelling. Fravashi's ethos is dedicated to nurturing the whole child, encouraging exploration of passions rather than conformity to predefined career paths. Today I can address an audience of hundreds and lead my own company at the age of 20 without fear or hesitation all because FIA recognised my strengths and converted them into opportunities.

With two diplomas under my belt, I now thrive as a yoga instructor while pursuing a bachelor's in sports science and psychology. Despite childhood fantasies of magic and jewelry, I've found fulfillment in diverse pursuits. I'm a proud product of Fravashi International Academy from 7th grade onward. After completing my bachelor's at the Railroad Institute of Technology, Vellore, I embarked on a career as a software development engineer at Amazon, India. My journey at FIA was amusing; I arrived with no knowledge of English, hailing from Marathi medium, alongside peers from convent schools. Transitioning from Marathi to English was initially challenging, but the dedicated teachers at FIA made it seamless. FIA not only provided education but also fostered an environment of inclusivity and support, which paved the way for my success in the professional world.

I'm Hashvardhan Singh and I'm a merchant navy officer. I'm glad that I got an opportunity to speak about Fravashi and how it transformed me into a better person. Fravashi was my first boarding school and I learned so many things in privacy, got so many opportunities and some I could convert into my success and some into failure but since success and failures are two main parts of life, I learned to be independent and to be responsible, to be disciplined. The field I joined, the Merchant Navy, requires all three aspects, being responsible, being disciplined, and being independent.

I would have never considered study abroad if it wasn't for FIA. FIA made sure I had all the right resources available, and all faculty and staff working around the clock so that I have a bright future is something I don't think any other school could have offered me.

Amidst cricket leagues, soccer tournaments, and free sports in fifth grade, I experienced the best moments of my life.
