I’m Gaurav Lagad, a proud product of Fravashi International Academy from 7th grade onward. After completing my bachelor’s at the Railroad Institute of Technology, Vellore, I’ve embarked on a career as a software development engineer at Amazon, India. My journey at FIA is quite amusing; I arrived with no knowledge of English, hailing from a Marathi medium background, alongside peers from convent schools. Transitioning from Marathi to English was initially challenging, but the dedicated teachers at FIA made it seamless. Their support enabled me, and others like me, to progress from struggling with the language to confidently constructing sentences. FIA not only provided education but also fostered an environment of inclusivity and support, which paved the way for my success in the professional world.
